Refund policy
Kids are unpredictable & we get that life doesn't always turn out as expected. So let us give you some piece of mind while shopping for your baby.
We have throughly checked for faults and have a high standard for quality. If however, your item is faulty we will happily offer an exchange, store credit or refund under the following conditions.
Exchange
Our policy last for 14 days. If it has been 14 days since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange, refund or credit.
Items you wish to return must have the original label attached, unworn and in the same condition as received.
For any exchanges, shipping both ways is paid by you. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (order confirmation or number). You can contact us via email hello@bondibooti.com.au or submit a Return Request through your account on www.bondibooti.com.
Once you have submitted a Return Request or contacted us, we will send you the return address. Once we receive the items and have confirmed condition, we will send you a shipping invoice and Return Address Request. Once the shipping invoice is paid and Return Address is received, we will send you back the exchange.
Refunds
We do not refund for change of mind. If you believe your item is faulty and would like a refund please contact us via email. We will send you information on how to return your item for inspection.
** Please note that every item is handmade. Each piece will have a little difference to it, which makes Bondi Booti unique. Bondi Booti reserve the right to deny an item being faulty if it is part of the design.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We can also offer a store credit where appropriate.
